I, Qiang Li, a citizen of the People’s Republic of China, being of legal age, make the
following statements out of my own free will, and declare that, on my own personal
knowledge, they are true:
1. That I am a citizen of the People’s Republic of China, currently residing at
Yingshui Xili 4th Qu, 15-9-308, Beijing 100039, P.R.China.
2. That on October 15, 2003 I personally visited the City of New York, and
concluded in said city a sales contract with one Thomas Greene, who
identified himself as the Vice President of Sales of Flatbush Trading Co., being
at that time located at 123 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, of Kings County.
3. That said Thomas Greene signed said sales contract on behalf of Flatbush
Trading Co., claiming that he had such authority.
4. That on November 23, 2003 one Catherine Marks, identifying herself as the
President of Flatbush Trading Co., sent to my office in Beijing a telefax,
denying the validity of said sales contract and claiming that Thomas Greene
was no longer the employee of Flatbush Trading when he concluded and
signed the sales contract with me.
